The bathrooms were beautifully planned simply yet with rich depth in the chosen marbles for the floor and wall tiles and the antique-like fixtures.

The built-in millwork adds color and vibrancy to the apartment from the blues in the media room to the crafted desk and the colorful work and play space for the kid’s room.

Federal Style Home
Located in Wilmington, Delaware, this historic Federal style home is renovated for a young family of five. The untouched attic is converted into a playroom and child’s bedroom with an additional bright and colorful bathroom. The Master Suite is renovated with a built-in desk, window seat, custom woodwork and a beautiful new bathroom. On the first floor, an old butler’s pantry is converted into a mudroom for kid’s coats, shoes and umbrella’s as well as a large magnetic marker board to write notes and to display their current art projects.
Art Deco Home
This beautiful art-deco home is gut-renovated for a family of four. The living area is opened up to create a den, living room and open kitchen. The bold colors and gold accents are stunning against the pre-war details of the original construction.
The classic bathrooms are beautifully renovated as well as both bedrooms. The kid’s room is designed with punches of color and fun wallpaper with a hidden wall for magnets and a marker board.

This vibrant vertical combination features a stunning staircase with bright lacquer panels leading to light-filled living spaces with a wrap around terrace. A guest room, full bath, living area, built-in work space and kitchen all have access to the apartment’s amazing outdoor patio and city views. The client’s love of color and modern aesthetic gave us a great opportunity to create bold statements with a clean design.
Fifth Avenue Penthouse
This classic gut renovation of a two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment is designed to bring a little Hollywood glamour to New York City for our California-based client. Beautiful details, gorgeous chandeliers and rich finishes create the perfect space for our client. The living space opens to a wraparound terrace with amazing midtown views. The elegant bathrooms have floor to ceiling richly figured marble slabs and opulent placement of colors. The furnishings are carefully chosen for the home with amazing hues and fabrics.
Upper West Side Renovation
This Upper West Side gut-renovation was transformed to a light-filled modern home. We maximized the available light and created a brightness of our own with fresh white walls, stunning light wood floors and gorgeous lighting. The kitchen is opened to the living room, dining room and entry. Floor to ceiling polished white wood cabinets and slabs of glass counter-tops in the kitchen reflect light into the rooms. The living room entrance is framed by modern built-in bookshelves and accented with beautifully designed clear finished wood and LED suspended light fixtures.
Modern NYC Flat
This stylish Manhattan apartment is a beautifully rich palette of natural woods and pristine surfaces. This renovation is a four bedroom, three bathroom combination. The goals of this renovation are to open up the living area of the apartment and create a fluid space between the two apartments. The gorgeous kitchen faces the mid-century modern dining room and living room. The combination of the two apartments was tricky and it was important to establish a creative way to bring privacy to the Master bedroom and hidden office space beyond. The stunning floor-to-ceiling oak feature wall provides both hidden storage, a bar, as well as concealing the door to the Master suite and work area beyond. The rich waxed oak wood of the kitchen fits in perfectly with the feature wall and warm palette of the apartment finishes. The apartment is designed and furnished in mid-century modern combined with simple contemporary pieces. The family has a beautiful art collection and special niches were created throughout the apartment to highlight these pieces. The back hallway leads to the private bedrooms and bathrooms of the couple’s three daughters.
