Wall Street Loft
This renovation is a fresh take on the original New York City historic architecture. This stylish renovation is a homage to the spirit of downtown New York City. The apartment is designed with recycled New York City bricks, cabinets built with salvaged wooden railroad ties, gorgeous historic interior columns and radiators, and wrought iron and antique glass. Even the central lighting has a historic feel. It is designed in the style of the original antique iron and glass gas lights. The beautiful custom wood bookshelf is built the length of the main hallway and faces the open kitchen. It features a rolling library ladder from the 110 year old Putnam Ladder Company and hidden inside – a ‘speakeasy’ bar cabinet. Sliding ironwork and glass doors on exposed barn door hardware open to reveal a separate room off the living space. All additional renovations were simply and carefully designed to fit with the old world details of the original Wall Street Loft.
