This light-filled Hudson Heights three bedroom, three bathroom apartment in Upper Manhattan is renovated with warm, elegant and comfortably lived-in style.  We retained most of the original Pre-war historic characteristics of the apartment.   The hardwood floors, doors and classic moldings throughout were refinished, rather than replace.  Walled off room that gave the space a dark confined feel and blocked the abundant natural light and views were carefully demolished. Brass accents, vintage leather chairs and handsomely stained wood add texture and interest throughout.
