This historic Soho loft, once a downtown factory, is converted into a new home for a growing family. The large industrial windows, original brick walls and exposed duct work and piping are all part of its old-world charm. Fixtures and details were chosen with a subtle sense to remain consistent with the original design of the space. Muted colors and a simple palette pair beautifully with the brick walls and gorgeous warm wood floors. The wonderfully detailed kitchen includes amazing slabs of stone, sheets of glass and simple white cabinetry that ends with a banquette and mid-century modern table and light. Exposed bricks and original structural columns and details were maintained throughout.
