This historic Soho loft is converted into a new home for a growing family. The large industrial windows, original brick walls and exposed duct work and piping are all part of its old-world charm. Fixtures and details were chosen with a subtle sense to remain consistent with the original design of the space. Muted colors and a simple palette pair beautifully with the brick walls and gorgeous warm wood floors. The wonderfully detailed kitchen includes amazing slabs of stone and simple white cabinetry that ends with a banquette and mid-century modern table and light. Exposed bricks and original details were maintained throughout.
