Pre-War Duplex
This amazing combination of two apartments are stacked vertically and connected by a new, wonderfully detailed staircase. The first floor was completely opened and the kitchen becomes its centerpiece. Upstairs becomes the kid’s floor with color and fun designs. Great care was taken to preserve the existing details of the pre-war apartment including the stunning wood floors and beamed ceilings.
